These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement", "Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and ob9my ("we", "us", "our", "the Platform"), governing your access to and use of the ob9my website located at ob9my.cam and all related services, products, features, and content offered therein.

ob9my operates as an online gaming and sports betting platform providing services to eligible players in accordance with applicable international gaming regulations. The Platform offers sports betting, live casino games, slots, esports markets, and other related gaming products.

By accessing the Platform, creating a player account, making a deposit, or using any service provided by ob9my, you unconditionally agree to be legally bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree to these Terms in their entirety, you must immediately cease using the Platform and close your account.

For the purposes of this Agreement, the following terms shall have the meanings ascribed to them below:

To register and maintain an account on ob9my, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. ob9my strictly enforces minimum age requirements and performs age verification as part of its KYC process. Accounts found to be operated by individuals under the age of 21 will be permanently closed and all balances forfeited.
• You must be accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction in which online gaming is not explicitly prohibited by applicable law. It is your sole responsibility to determine the legality of online gambling in your jurisdiction before registering.
• You must not be listed on any self-exclusion register, including ob9my's internal exclusion list or any applicable national problem gambling register.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, director, or immediate family member of an employee or contractor of ob9my or any of its affiliated companies, game providers, or payment processing partners.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement and must not be acting under any form of incapacity, guardianship, or court order that restricts your ability to contract.
• You must register using your own true, accurate, and current personal information. Registering under a false identity, a third party's identity, or using fictitious details is strictly prohibited.

Each eligible individual is permitted to holdone (1) account only on the ob9my Platform. The registration of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether under different names, email addresses, phone numbers, payment methods, or device identities — constitutes a material breach of this Agreement.

When registering your account, you agree to:

• Provide complete, accurate, and truthful registration information including your full legal name, date of birth, Malaysian identity card (MyKad) number or valid passport number, residential address, email address, and phone number.
• Keep your account credentials — including your password and security PIN — strictly confidential and not share them with any third party.
• Notify ob9my immediately via live chat or at[email protected] if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
• Update your account information promptly if any of your registered details change.

ob9my reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on any account at any time. Failure to provide requested documentation within the timeframe specified by our compliance team may result in account suspension or permanent closure.

Accounts registered using temporary or disposable email addresses, virtual phone numbers, or VPN-masked IP addresses are subject to immediate suspension pending manual review.

ob9my accepts deposits via the following Malaysian payment methods: GrabPay, Touch'n Go eWallet, Boost, DuitNow, FPX, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong Bank, as well as cryptocurrency includingUSDT and BTC. Available deposit methods may vary and are subject to change without prior notice.

• All deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. ob9my will not accept deposits from third-party accounts, and any such funds received will be returned less applicable processing fees.
• Minimum deposit amounts are displayed at the point of transaction and may differ by payment method. The standard minimum deposit is RM 20 for e-wallet methods and RM 50 for FPX bank transfers.
• Deposits are generally credited to your account in real time for GrabPay, Touch 'n Go eWallet, and DuitNow. FPX and bank transfer crediting times depend on the issuing bank and may take up to 30 minutes during peak periods.
• ob9my does not charge deposit fees. However, your payment provider may impose transaction charges for which ob9my accepts no responsibility.
• All transactions on the Platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) unless explicitly stated otherwise for cryptocurrency deposits, which are converted at the prevailing exchange rate at time of crediting.
• By depositing funds, you confirm that the source of funds is lawful and not derived from any criminal activity, money laundering, or fraud.

Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions and processing requirements:

• A completed KYC verification, including submission of a valid Malaysian government-issued identity document and proof of address, is required before any withdrawal can be processed.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is RM 50. Withdrawal requests below this threshold will not be processed.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method registered in the same name as the ob9my account. ob9my strictly prohibits third-party withdrawals.
• Standard withdrawal processing time is within30 minutes for verified accounts during normal operating hours. Processing times may extend during peak periods, system maintenance windows, or when additional verification is required.
• ob9my reserves the right to delay withdrawal processing for accounts under enhanced review, fraud investigation, or pending bonus wagering completion.
• Players who have claimed a deposit bonus must fulfil the applicable wagering requirement in full before withdrawing funds credited via that bonus offer. Attempting to withdraw before completing wagering requirements will result in the bonus and associated winnings being voided.
• ob9my reserves the right to request additional documentation at any point during the withdrawal process for AML compliance purposes. Failure to provide such documentation will result in the withdrawal request being placed on hold.

ob9my offers a range of promotional bonuses to eligible players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, referal rewards, and VIP loyalty incentives. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions in addition to any promotion-specific terms:

• Bonuses are available to eligible players only, as defined by the specific promotion terms. ob9my reserves the right to exclude any player from any promotion at its discretion.
• Each promotion may only be claimed once per player, per household, per IP address, per device, and per payment method, unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• Wagering requirements must be fulfilled within the timeframe specified in the individual promotion terms. Uncompleted wagering requirements will result in the bonus and associated winnings being removed from the account.
• ob9my operates a zero-tolerance policy towards bonus abuse. This includes, but is not limited to: matched betting using bonus funds, low-variance play strategies designed solely to clear wagering requirements, use of automated betting software, and collusion between accounts.
• Where ob9my determines that a bonus has been misused, the Platform reserves the right to void the bonus, void all winnings generated from the bonus, and permanently close the account.
• Bonus terms, including wagering multipliers and minimum odds requirements, are displayed on each individual promotion page. It is the Player's responsibility to read and understand these terms before opting in.

All games offered on the ob9my Platform — including but not limited to sports betting markets, live casino tables, slot machines, crash games, and fishing games — are governed by individual game rules accessible within each game interface. Players are expected to familiarise themselves with the applicable rules before placing wagers.

• All game outcomes on ob9my are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems or by live physical processes (in the case of live dealer games). All games are independently audited for fairness by third-party testing agencies.
• In the event of a game malfunction, technical fault, or network disconnection during active gameplay, ob9my's decision regarding the settlement of affected rounds is final. ob9my accepts no liability for losses caused by internet connectivity issues on the Player's end.
• Sportsbook markets — including EPL, Liga Super Malaysia, Bundesliga, La Liga, UFC, and all other covered competitions — are subject to their own sports betting rules. Void rules, settlement procedures, and push outcomes are governed by the sportsbook rules document available on the Platform.
• ob9my reserves the right to void, suspend, or delay the settlement of any bet where evidence of match-fixing, irregular betting patterns, or market manipulation is suspected. Such decisions will be made in consultation with sports integrity bodies where applicable.
• Maximum bet limits apply across all games and markets. These limits are displayed at the point of wager placement and may be adjusted for individual accounts at ob9my's discretion.

ob9my is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices across all aspects of its Platform. We provide the following player protection tools, accessible at any time via your account settings or by contacting our support team:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps to control your spending.
• Loss Limits: Define the maximum amount you are willing to lose over a specified period.
• Session Time Reminders: Configure on-screen notifications to alert you when you have been playing for a defined duration.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Temporarily suspend your account for a defined period (24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days) to pause gambling activity.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the ob9my Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of all account balances, and referal to relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Registering more than one account, whether under your own name or any other identity.
• Using the Platform for any money laundering, fraud, or financial crime purpose.
• Coluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Using automated betting software,ots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any other software that interacts with the Platform in a non-human manner without ob9my's express written permission.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors in game logic to gain an unfair advantage. Players who discover such errors are obligated to report them to ob9my support immediately.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or modify any part of the ob9my Platform, software, or gaming systems.
• Providing false or misleading information during registration, KYC, or any other verification process.
• Charging back, disputing, or reversing any deposit transaction made to ob9my without first exhausting the Platform's dispute resolution process.
• Using the Platform in a manner that violates any applicable law, regulation, or third-party right.

All content on the ob9my Platform — including but not limited to logos, brand name, graphics, user interface design, software code, game assets, written content, promotional materials, and data compilations — is the exclusive intellectual property of ob9my or its licensed content providers.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal entertainment purposes. This licence does not extend to:

• Reproducing, copying, or distributing any Platform content without prior written consent from ob9my.
• Using the ob9my brand name, logo, or trademarks in any promotional, commercial, or marketing context.
• Creating derivative works based on Platform content or game assets.
• Scraping, harvesting, or systematically extracting data from the Platform via any automated means.

Any unauthorised use of ob9my intellectual property will be pursued to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ob9my, its directors, employees, agents, affiliates, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Platform or its services.

Without limiting the foregoing, ob9my expressly disclaims liability for:

• Any loss of funds resulting from unauthorised access to your account caused by your failure to maintain adequate account security.
• Service interruptions, platform downtime, or game malfunctions caused by technical failures, third-party service provider issues, or force majeure events.
• Decisions or outcomes in games, sports betting markets, or any other wagering product offered on the Platform.
• Any gambling losses incurred while using the Platform, regardless of the circumstances.
• Delays in payment processing caused by third-party payment providers, banking institutions, or regulatory holds.

In all circumstances, ob9my's maximum aggregate liability to any individual Player shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Either party may terminate the Player's account at any time, subject to the following conditions:

• Player-initiated closure: Players may request account closure at any time by contacting ob9my customer support. Prior to closure, all pending withdrawal requests will be processed and verified account balances will be returned to the Player's nominated payment method.
• ob9my-initiated closure: ob9my reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account, with or without notice, where the Player has violated any provision of this Agreement, provided false registration information, engaged in prohibited conduct, or where such action is required for regulatory compliance purposes.
• Upon account termination for breach of these Terms, ob9my reserves the right to retain any and all account balances, including real money funds, bonus credits, and pending winings, as partial compensation for damages caused by the breach.
• Self-exclusion requests processed under Section 9 of this Agreement are treated as a form of account termination and are irevocable for the duration of the exclusion period requested.

ob9my reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time and at its sole discretion. Changes will become effective upon publication on the Platform.

Where material amendments are made that affect Player rights or obligations, ob9my will provide reasonable notice to registered Players via email or an on-Platform notification. The continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes the Player's acceptance of the revised Terms.

Players are encouraged to review this document periodically. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page indicates when the most recent revision was made. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and request account closure.

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to ob9my's operating jurisdiction. Any disputes arising from or in connection with this Agreement that cannot be resolved through ob9my's internal dispute resolution process shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in the relevant jurisdiction.

ob9my's internal dispute resolution process requires Players to first submit a formal written complaint to [email protected] and allow ob9my a minimum of 14 business days to respond before pursuing any external remedy.

Nothing in this clause shall limit a Player's rights to pursue remedies under applicable consumer protection or gaming regulations in their jurisdiction.
